Dr. Johannes Weiland

Dr. Johannes Weiland advises companies and entrepreneurs primarily in the area of corporate law and neighbouring fields of commercial law. The practice of Dr. Weiland especially focuses on the design of contracts for the establishment and financing of companies, transactions, restructuring as well as business succession.

Before joining Martini Mogg Vogt, Dr. Weiland practiced as a lawyer at an international law firm in the areas of Venture Capital and Private Equity, where he represented emerging businesses and investors in financing rounds with both equity and debt capital as well as M&A transactions regarding technology companies and in the real estate sector.

Dr. Weiland studied at the universities of Heidelberg and Leiden (Netherlands) and earned a doctorate on the topic of  “Causes and problems of the insolvency of foundations”, which has great relevance for our consultancy practice.

Dr. Weiland corresponds in German and English language.
