Konstantin Sassen

Konstantin Sassen advises mainly medium-sized companies in the sectors of building, real estate and renewable energies. One focus of his practice is real estate development (residential and commercial properties) as well as the development of photovoltaic projects (open-space solar plants and roof-mounted systems). A further focus is on the legal advice on complex M&A transactions in connection with real estate and photovoltaic projects (Share Deal / Asset Deal).

The out-of-court and in-court representation of national and international companies in the areas of corporate and commercial law, building and architectural la was well as real estate complement the profile of Mr. Sassen. Besides his legal practice, he is also the General Counsel of a renowned company from the photovoltaic industry.
