Stefan Schellenbach mainly provides advice on company law and tax law.
In the area of company law, he acts as a point of contact for judicial and extrajudicial disputes between shareholders and is also able to assist in matters relating to the liability of management and of management board and supervisory board members. He also offers consultancy services in connection with the formation and financing of companies and on mergers and acquisitions.
Stefan Schellenbach is also able to assist on all tax issues in respect of the formation, restructuring and financial recovery of companies and with regard to company acquisitions and disposals. Further to this, he is responsible for issues arising under international tax law (especially avoidance of double taxation, transfer pricing, taxation of permanent business establishments, exit taxation). He supports both companies operating on a cross-border basis and private individuals.
