Dr. Marcus Schultz

Dr. Marcus Schultz is a lawyer and Corporate Real Estate Manager (EBS). He also has a wealth of training and experience in banking after previously having pursued a career in this field. He looks after clients with property investments that have run into difficulties with a view to drawing up restructuring concepts. These services encompass both refinancing arrangements and support in executing the sale of problem real estate. Another main focus of his work is to ward off impending cases of insolvency for his clients by preparing, monitoring and implementing proposed settlements. 

Dr. Schultz is a graduate of the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.  He is a member of the “immo-ebs Rhein-Ruhr Real Estate Working Group”. Between 2001 and 2010, he was an examiner in the qualification of “business administrator specialising in real estate” for the Düsseldorf Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
