Anna Wilbert

Anna Wilbert studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz obtained her licence in November 2012.

She first worked at the legal department of a major auditing company in Koblenz. After that and before joining Martini Mogg Vogt, she worked at a firm in Bad Kreuznach for six years, where she successfully implemented the department of inheritance law and was in charge of inheritance law-related appointments.

In the scope of her practice, Ms. Wilbert advises and represents clients on all matters of inheritance law and related civil-law matters, in particular in the area of the drafting of wills and precautionary documents such as enduring powers of attorney. Ms. Wilbert has several years of experience in the handling, assertion and liquidation of compulsory portions and the distribution of estates including the enforcement and/or defence in court.
