Janina Barg

Janina Barg studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn. She joined Martini Mogg Vogt in 2022.

Working on her qualification as a specialist solicitor in employment law, Ms. Barg represents and advises both companies and employees as well as works councils on all matters of individual and collective labour law, especially the drafting of employment contracts, employer’s references and warning letters as well as

cancellation agreements and termination notices. Furthermore, she assists with action for unlawful dismissal, the negotiation of social plans and the reconciliation of interests as well as company restructuring.

Besides her focus on labour law, Ms. Barg is also active in the area of private construction law together with Dr. Thomas Brübach, where she assists and advises house builders in the assertion or defence against claims, especially regarding compensation for work and warranty claims.
